Prox 1 Month Away!

Hi Ladies,

First, I'd like to say THANK YOU for a wonderful time in Las Vegas! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect event! You all are so special to me and I really appreciate all you've done!

Now, this Saturday is the Bridal Shower!! Hope to see you all there! I know Ashley has put A LOT of work into this and she is so sweet to have the shower at her house! Thank you Friend!! I just wanted to let you all know that I will be going out to the Saddle Rack Saturday evening. It's completely up to you if you want to join or not but if you do you are more than welcome to spend the night with me and Christy at Collin's place.

Upcoming... Some of the girls are asking about wedding jewelry and shoes. As I mentioned before, I think black shoes would look the best. I thought peep toes would be cute, but if you don't own a pair no need and buy any, just wear the ones you have. I know the neckline on the dress is a little fan like and I'm not sure what type of jewelry would look best so I asked Ms. Jessica(the stylista) she thought a shorter pearl necklace. What do you all think? (: I think pearls would be romantic and pretty but do you all have a pair to wear?

One last thing, I'd like to ask again if anyone is interested in getting their makeup done. It costs $60 to do a full makeup. Please let me know before March30th if you are interested.

Today's top bridesmaids dress is...

This dress can be purchased at David's Bridal for $158 and the color is Blush.

It also is from the White by Vera Wang collection. 

We have until October to make a finalize decision but I think its one of the best ones we've seen so far.

What are your thoughts ladies???

We also had the beautiful MOH try on different variations.

What I liked about this look is that it seemed to fit the "spring" time feeling of my April wedding. 

As we discussed, the wedding has now changed from my original idea of purely "shabby chic" to a more "vintage chic" (: I am okay with this change and know it'll all look great!

However, I do love the black too so I'm kinda partial to them both.

So, here is another sash option that I found on the wonderful Etsy website. And there are a lot more like this. We could also consider making a sash or... We never tried on the dress without a sash. Just throwing some suggestions out there.

Girlies!
The wedding planning has really taken off and I now have these things completed:
- The reception and ceremony booked at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club
- My lovely dress
- Photographer booked
- The cake from Cake Expressions, although we still have yet to sample the flavors
- Plans for the centerpieces including some of the materials (cupcake stands and white photo frames)
- And just yesterday we purchased my wedding band! It matches my engagement ring and is just perfect!

I feel lucky to have so much done already, but I want to do more before I go back to teaching. I'll keep you updated. (:
